How often should an air conditioner be serviced?
Most air conditioners in Uganda's climate benefit from servicing every three to six months, depending on dust, usage and location. Regular cleaning keeps cooling efficient and reduces power use. Trivox can set a service schedule under a maintenance plan.
My AC is running but not cooling. What could it be?
Common causes are dirty filters or coils, a refrigerant leak, a faulty capacitor or fan, or an incorrectly sized unit. A Trivox technician can diagnose the cause on site.
