• To respond to your enquiry, quotation request, fault report, job application or partnership enquiry.
• To deliver, support and maintain services you ask for.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Form submissions are emailed to our company addresses (info@trivoxsystems.com and infotrivoxsystems@gmail.com) and stored securely on our hosting server. We share data with third parties only where needed to deliver a service you requested or where the law requires it.

Your rights

We handle personal data in line with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing info@trivoxsystems.com.
